We’ve been developing people, teams and businesses for decades, supporting them across the world. Through mergers, acquisitions and disposals; market shocks; changing regulations; reorganisations; succession planning and the pressure of delivering consistent excellence, we’ve been there with them.

We’ve worked in and for CRE teams as leaders, advisors and investors. With experience across all commercial property types, there is a good chance the challenges you’re facing are familiar to us.

Our founder, Steve Norris, has been running teams and growing talent for over 30 years. He’s been leading businesses since his early 20s and is known for his ability to see solutions in complexity and deliver difficult messages with empathy.

Our Services

For Individuals

Our one-to-one service is focused on aligning the strengths and aspirations of the individual with the values and goals of the company or customer they represent.

We spend time getting to know the individual in face-to-face sessions outside of the work environment, as well as speaking with people around them to form a balanced view.

Together, we set measurable goals and use real time workload to develop and implement plans for each of the goals. It can be an emotional process as it forces honesty and self-awareness, but you will grow as a result.

For Groups

Our group work is to facilitate communication and alignment. This can either be where a group have identified performance issues or where an independent voice is needed to facilitate development.

We will meet each member of the group as part of the process, recognising that these engagements can be short and sharp in nature, focussed to addressing an opportunity at pace.

With the group, we will set the collective goals and, typically, a Group Charter to align strengths and interests with the required outcomes. We use a mixture of communication styles to ensure all voices are heard, not just the loudest.

Where issues are identified within the group, plans will be collectively developed to address them, with us facilitating those conversations.
